Member ID cards

Any Cigna or affiliate members living in Michigan will have the Priority Health logo on their ID card.

All members receiving an ID card will receive an insert with their new card outlining why they're receiving the card and when to use it. Samples are shown below. Note that actual ID cards may vary depending on plan type, funding type and other factors.

Priority Health members living in Michigan

Members with "Away from Home Care" can access in-network care using the Cigna Open Access Plus® (OAP) network outside of Michigan. Verify eligibility and benefits due to plan variations. Note that these members who live in Michigan will only have the Cigna logo on the backs of their cards.

Priority Health members living outside of Michigan

Priority Health commercial members who live outside Michigan can access in-network care using the Cigna Open Access Plus® (OAP) network. These members will have the Cigna logo on the fronts and backs of their cards.

Cigna members living in Michigan will have the Priority Health logo on their Cigna ID card

These members have access to the Priority Health PPO Network.

Cigna members living outside Michigan and getting care in Michigan

Cigna commercial employer-sponsored group members who have the Cigna Open Access Plus® (OAP) logo on the front or back of the card can access the Priority Health PPO network when in Michigan. Cigna Individual Family Plan (IFP) and Medicare members are excluded.

Reminder: Cigna members who are part of a Cigna Strategic Alliance or TPA partner are covered under the Priority Health PPO network too. View sample member ID cards by Strategic Alliance below. ID cards will have the Cigna Open Access Plus® (OAP) logo on the front or “Away from home care” logo on the back if the ID card.
