Claim statements, or "Explanation of Benefits" statements
A "claim" is a bill that your doctor or other health care provider sends us.
You can see your claims anytime online
You can see all claims for your care when you log in to your Priority Health online member account. Click on "Costs & Spending" and then "Claims & EOBs" and you can view claims from the past two years.
We send you claim statements, not bills
Each time you get health care, we mail you a claim activity statement, also called an "explanation of benefits" (EOB). It's not a bill. Instead, it explains the claim(s) your doctor or health care provider sent us, and what we are paying.
If you owe your doctor, hospital, or lab anything for a claim, the claim statement will show that amount; they will bill you for it.
You can choose paperless claim activity statements
Go paperless and get your claim activity statements electronically instead of through the mail. We'll email you whenever a new statement is available. Click a link in the email to see your newest claim activity statement (you'll be asked to log in to your Priority Health online member account first).
You'll be able to:
- See all your statements from the past 24 months in one place
- Download statements to your computer for your permanent records
- Print your statements
To switch from paper to electronic claim statements
