MDHHS to host community forums on upcoming Healthy Michigan Plan work requirements

Beginning the week of Oct. 21, 2019, the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) will be hosting regional community forums to increase awareness about the new work requirements for the Healthy Michigan Plan, which go into effect Jan. 1, 2020.

The goal of the regional community forums is to increase awareness about the new work requirements and help prepare beneficiaries to meet the new requirements. Beneficiaries, health care providers, health plans and community organizations are invited to attend and participate in the forums.

How can I attend?

MDHHS is encouraging attendees to register for the forums in advance. A full schedule of forum dates and locations is available on the MDHHS website, along with instructions for registering.
