Schedule your Medicare patients' AWVs and CPEs today
We’re supporting you and your Medicare patients by encouraging them to see you for the care they need this year.
Our Medicare members who haven’t had an Annual Wellness Visit (AWV) or Comprehensive Physical Exam (CPE) yet this year, based on claims data, will get an email from us encouraging them to make an appointment.
This outreach aligns with the work you’re already doing to care for your patients. It can also help you complete PCP Incentive Program (PIP) measures and close care gaps.
