Supporting mental wellness with myStrength
In July, we launched a free self-help mental wellness tool to support your patients with mild to moderate depression and anxiety.
How myStrength works
myStrength is a self-directed, self-help online program offering over 1,400 activities on a variety of mental wellness topics. The program was developed using evidence-based interventions including but not limited to:
- Cognitive behavioral therapy
- Motivational interviewing
- Mindfulness
- Positive psychology
Each person who signs up will have the option to opt in to having a dedicated coach while they go through the program. The purpose of coaching is to encourage positive behavioral change and improve engagement and outcomes. The coach is not providing any clinical treatment.
