We're reprocessing ER imaging claims that were rejected incorrectly for authorization requirements
We were experiencing an issue with ER imaging claims being denied for no authorization when they shouldn’t.
Our teams are working diligently to resolve this issue. There’s no need to rebill or reach out about impacted claims.
As of September 5, we’ve corrected the system issue causing the incorrect denials and we’re now beginning to reprocess claims impacted within the past 12 months.
