COVID-19 treatment $0 cost share will end on Sept. 30, 2021

On Sept. 30, 2021, COVID-19 treatment at $0 cost share will end and our members’ health plan coverage will return to their pre-pandemic standard benefits. This means that if a member is admitted to the hospital with COVID-19, their standard benefits for treatment will apply.

This represents the expiration of a temporary change, originally set in 2020 and extended into 2021. Get the complete list of temporary changes and their expiration dates.
