We're retiring level II audit appeals on March 19

Starting Mar. 19, 2023, we’ll no longer accept level II post-claim audit appeals. This change aligns audit appeals with our established post-claim appeals process, which is limited to level I.

Until March 19, we’ll continue to accept level II audit appeals, and after March 19, we’ll process level II appeals until all are resolved.

However, the following submissions will result in an automatic denial:

• Level II audit appeals submitted before the level I appeal determination is made
• Level II audit appeals submitted with the exact same documentation / information as the level I appeal
