- Choose Healthy Living then select Wellbeing Hub
- Accept the terms and conditions

Earn rewards
Good health is its own reward. But that doesn't mean we're going to leave you empty-handed. You can earn Pulse Cash and redeem it for popular gift cards by having your annual health checkup and more.
Visit your My Care Checklist to review your reward opportunities, update your health situations and record the dates of your completed appointments.
Redeem your Pulse Cash for gift cards
Visit Rewards and select Spend, then Get a gift card to turn your Pulse Cash rewards into digital or physical gift cards for the retailer of your choice. A variety of options are available:

- Meijer
- Outback Steakhouse
- Panera Bread
- Target
- The Home Depot
- TJ Maxx
- Walmart
One point is equal to $1. Complete each milestone and earn a reward once during the program period, which runs from Jan. 1 through Dec. 31 each year.
Be sure to report your rewardable activities and redeem your rewards for services received in 2024 before 01/31/2025.
