One Pass is an online health and wellness program included in your plan, for no additional cost to you.
One Pass includes:
- More than 20,000 digital classes through your One Pass member account that can be accessed online at your convenience
- Live, digital fitness classes and pre-recorded, on-demand workout options to fit your schedule
- One at-home workout kit per plan year
Getting Started
The day your coverage begins, you can set up your account online, get your One Pass member code and get started right away.
- Create your account
- Access your One Pass member code, digital classes, and explore your One Pass account.
- (Optional) Download the One Pass app and log in to access your account, programs and content from your mobile device.
