The following codes related to obesity management aren't covered:

• 99071:  Educational supplies, such as books, tapes, and pamphlets, provided by the p physician for the patient's education at cost to physician
• S9451:  Exercise classes, non-physician provider, per session
• S9452:  Nutrition classes, non-physician provider, per session
