The final PRA attestation period for the 2021 program year is closing on Nov. 22, 2021

The Provider Roster Application (PRA) attestation is closing Nov. 22, 2021. This attestation will be used as the ACN’s PCP roster for the 2021 PCP Incentive Program (PIP) settlement.

What’s new for this attestation?

We’ve added Patient Center Medical Home designation to the PRA tool for the last attestation period in 2021. We’re asking ACNs to attest and confirm uploaded PCMH designation status at the provider and practice level for 2021 PIP settlement.

What else do you need to know?

Changes made in the PRA tool are used for our incentive programs. Your information changes must also be submitted through our established credentialing process to be reflected in other areas of Priority Health.

The PRA tool is maintained by ACN staff. If you’re a provider practice, focus on closing quality gaps to ensure success in the 2021 PIP program. We’ll work with your ACNs to complete the PRA attestation.
