Providers to receive HealthbyChoice payments in January

Providers who’ve submitted HealthbyChoice (HbC) qualification forms during the 2021 calendar year will receive their incentive payments in a lump sum in January 2022.

How does HealthbyChoice work?

We offer members two incentive-based HbC plans – Achievements and Incentives. For the member to qualify for enhanced benefits, they need to have their physician complete their qualification form. The provider will also earn an incentive if they submit the form to Priority Health.

Why is this important?

We have over 50 groups and 22,000 members participating in these HbC plans statewide. Providers received quarterly payments in years past, however due to system updates, their 2021 payments will be made in a lump sum in January 2022.
