Duplicate RAs in Filemart, slight paper check delays this week

You may see two electronic remittance advice copies in your Filemart portal this week. The second remittance advice is a duplicate copy, with the same information. Payments were only issued once.

This technical issue caused a slight delay in payments by paper check. If you receive paper checks, they may be delayed by approximately two business days. EFT deposits were made on time.
