We’re experiencing an issue with COVID-19 vaccine claims rejecting for “Invalid HCPCS procedure” when they shouldn’t. This issue started on Nov. 29, 2023 and is impacting facilities only.
Our teams are working diligently to resolve this issue. There’s no need to rebill.
Once we’ve fixed the root cause of the issue, we’ll reprocess any impacted claims.
