GuidingCare will be down the weekend of Aug. 20 for upgrades; use fax process for authorizations

Use our fax process to submit authorizations from Friday, Aug. 20 at 4 p.m. to Monday, Aug. 23 at 8:00 a.m. for authorizations typically processed through GuidingCare.

To prepare for the Aug. 23 upgrade, GuidingCare will be unavailable while we make the enhancements.

Plan to submit authorizations using our fax process during this time. We’ll alert you to when GuidingCare is available again.
