GuidingCare enhancements coming Aug. 23

We're making improvements in GuidingCare to make authorizations easier for your practice.

What's changing?

Starting Aug. 23, 2021, you'll have the ability to:

• Save draft authorizations
• Use enhanced provider search options
• Select days or units when requesting services for elective inpatient authorizations
• Receive warnings to avoid losing information when exiting screens too early
• View reasons for overturned or partially overturned appeals
• Withdraw pending or partially approved authorizations in GuidingCare
