eviCore is now processing retrospective radiology and musculoskeletal authorizations up to 360 days

Previously eviCore processed retrospective radiology and musculoskeletal authorizations up to 120 days. They will now process these retrospective authorizations up to 360 days. Providers should submit these requests following the same process they use to submit other eviCore authorization requests.
