We’re transitioning our retrospective genetic lab authorizations to eviCore for in network providers and labs

Up to 360 day retrospective genetic lab authorizations, have transitioned to eviCore effective Jan. 11, 2021. Providers should submit these requests following the same process they use to submit other eviCore authorization request.
