How to change your primary care provider

You can change your primary care provider (PCP) in a few ways:

In your member account:

1. Log in
2. Go to My Health Care, then click Find a Doctor
3. Select Change primary care doctors on your home page to begin searching for providers near you
4. Choose Select PCP and follow the instructions to change your primary care provider
