Priority Health launches new integrated solution for employers with Corewell Health narrow network
(GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — October 14, 2024) Priority Health, a nationally recognized nonprofit health plan serving more than 1.3 million members, has announced a new narrow network solution for Michigan employers that leverages the unique integration of Priority Health and Corewell Health.
The new solution, PriorityIntegra, is designed to deliver a concierge-like experience for members and offers access to the network of Corewell Health providers and select affiliate providers. PriorityIntegra includes a central hub to address a range of questions and offers navigation and support from Priority Health’s nationally recognized customer service team. Assistance includes assigning a primary care provider, appointment scheduling, billing support and referrals to health support programs.
Employers who offer PriorityIntegra will receive access to exclusive discounts on Corewell Health onsite health, wellness and OSHA compliance services to maximize an employer’s workplace safety, health and productivity. PriorityIntegra members may be eligible to receive a TytoCare medical exam kit, which enhances the virtual video visit experience. Members will have access to primary care and 24/7 urgent care virtually using TytoCare. This technology is exclusive in Michigan to Corewell Health.
“This new solution takes advantage of our special strengths as the largest health system in the state to provide an excellent experience that focuses on whole-person care and delivery through a dependable network,” said Rick Abbott, senior vice president of employer solutions at Priority Health. “Together, with Corewell Health, we strive to offer simple, convenient and personalized ways for members to manage their health, and this is one way they can do just that.”
PriorityIntegra is available to self-funded employer groups, with a start date of January 1, 2025, for members.
