Priority Health again receives national recognition for customer service
(GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — January 16, 2025) Priority Health, a nationally recognized nonprofit health plan serving more than 1.3 million members, has been ranked No. 1 in customer service in Newsweek’s America’s Best Customer Service 2025 list in the health insurance category.

The research is based on an independent survey of more than 28,000 U.S. customers. Priority Health was previously recognized by Newsweek by being included in Newsweek’s America’s Best Customer Service 2024 list.
